About the Position
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, enthusiastic about marketing, and eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage creation, scheduling, and execution of daily email blasts.
• Website updates and adjustments.
• Support the team in managing project schedules and communications with vendors.
• Help maintain and update marketing materials and data across various platforms.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and personal ownership of each project.
• Contribute to market research efforts and compile findings for the team.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of project management and marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
• Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
• Proficiency in email marketing software and list management (ex. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Proficiency with WordPress
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing or project management is a plus but not necessary.
