Summary / Objective
Located on a 90-acre campus in Sonoma, California, Hanna Center is a non-profit that offers a system of mental health, training, residential, and community support services to improve the well-being and mental health of youth, families, and communities. The Marketing Manager will use their expertise in digital marketing management, paid online advertising, graphic design, and social media, to craft innovative and compelling strategies that promote Hanna Center’s mission to provide a continuum of care that delivers sustainable outcomes for the members of our community who need it most. This role will focus heavily on managing digital media strategies to maximize engagement, build brand awareness, and support organizational goals.
Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of all marketing plans, managing digital marketing initiatives, maintaining the website, and crafting messaging for email campaigns, social media, and donor communications. This role will also include overseeing paid online advertising campaigns, creating visually appealing digital and print materials, and driving impactful digital media strategies across multiple platforms.
A Typical Day as a Marketing Manager May Include :
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Managing and optimizing paid online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve campaign goals.
- Creating and editing messaging for email campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Designing and updating digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Managing social media presence across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
- Making updates to the website, maintaining accurate information, and implementing SEO best practices.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Advancement teams to implement and grow participation in key fundraising events or community programming.
