We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Primarily assist CEO with essential tasks needed
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for team members.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and communication.
- Support with reception duties as needed, including handling client inquiries and managing records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a somewhat fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
