What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Hanna Media Inc.?
The successful candidate will be organized, computer literate and efficient. Sales and/or advertising experience is a plus!
Duties will vary and could include customer service, computer work, sales and more as needed. Multi-tasking and professionalism are a must. Ability to learn and adapt is important as well.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Work with Sales and Design to Quality Customer Satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk role, customer service and sales preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer relations skills with a customer service mindset
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
