What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for client organizations.
- Assist with HR assessments and develop customized reports and strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Engage and influence leaders at all levels, becoming a trusted partner.
- Support and coach client managers and supervisors with employee relations issues.
- Assist with recruiting, talent acquisition, and new hire onboarding.
- Provide day-to-day HR support for clients including but not limited to:
- Benefits administration
- Training
- Payroll processing
- Performance management
- Employment law compliance
- Workers’ compensation administration
- FMLA and leave administration
- Employee relations
- Manage and work within client HRIS systems.
- Develop and deliver training for clients, HRG team members, and community partners.
- Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience.
- Consulting mindset: professional, client-focused, and knowledgeable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations (multi-state experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, accounts, and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS management (multi-system experience a plus).
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly desired.
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations is a plus.
