Position Summary : Responsible for the training of Category, Merchandising and Pricing (CMP) associates on the pricing strategy, tools, systems, processes and execution of base price and promotions. Partner with IT, ADUSA Pricing Services and Item Life Cycle (ILC) on system enhancements that better deliver the pricing strategy and tactics in an omnichannel environment. Responsible for the development of regularly scheduled reporting as well as in-depth ad hoc analyses.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Analyst III Pricing - Price Execution
- Guide Marketing support for strategic initiatives and tactics including flyer, signs, tags, and online display.
Job Title : Analyst III Pricing Full or Part Time : Full Time
o Common pricing systems include, but are not limited to : Revionics, SEGA and MSP & MicroStrategy.
o Work with Category and Pricing Managers to set pricing system configurations that reflect the roles of each category within the banner strategy and incorporate seasonality and emerging trends.
o Ensure that there are consistent processes and documentation across teams for all core pricing activities.
o Work with ADUSA Pricing Services to roll out new release functionality, for any common pricing system, to the appropriate CMP associates. Ensure appropriate training occurs for each release.
o Particularly any improvement related to the base and promotional pricing processes.
