Job Summary

About the Role
The Retail Operations Manager Trainee will be responsible for managing retail operations, ensuring that all quality standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to retain associates and customers.
- Manage department operations in accordance with established department standard practices.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate records of production, shrink, sales, and inventory.
- Supervise performance of all duties and responsibilities of all assigned department associates.
- Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
- Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
- College degree or equivalent preferred.
- Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation required.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, including overhead lifting, and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
