This is a data driven position that does not focus on the creative side of Marketing.

This role is responsible for supporting the Loyalty Strategy Manager in the management and execution of internal and external activities for all digital targeted marketing programs designed to improve customer loyalty and shopping behavior. Responsible for daily operations tied to CRM targeted marketing, including managing campaign deliverables, schedules, and timelines, communication with business partners across ADUSA and externally, and quality assurance activities for coupon offers.

Primary Responsibilities :

Project management of monthly loyalty campaigns; including (but not limited to) budgeting and billing, project development from initiation to closure, project schedules, and working with team members and third parties for production and creative services.

Responsible for quality assurance of coupon data and vendor information and makes sure both are accurate and on strategy.

Pulls lists and builds offers to support production work. Works with external partners to communicate production details and ensure production is completed on time.

Review histogram and other campaign and offer-related reports from targeting agency, reviewing for accuracy, suggesting offer recommendations, evaluate offer issuances, and optimize offer efficiencies.

Analyze post campaign offer performance and make recommendations for future campaigns that will maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.

Work with marketing business partners to develop offers in support of the standard campaign strategy.

Help direct the work of the Loyalty Coordinator to implement multiple projects and tactics to support customer loyalty.

Job Title : Specialist I Loyalty Marketing Full or Part Time : Full Time

Work collaboratively across all to ensure all project requirements and timelines are met and the plan is delivered with excellence.

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree, in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of marketing experience - loyalty marketing, shopper marketing, or CRM preferred

Practical knowledge of consumer-packaged goods companies, retail trade practices and category management

Experience with project managing complicated projects across matrixed organizations

Skills and Abilities :

Organization and time management skills

Project management skills

Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Strong working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

Ability to understand and analyze data and reporting make recommendations

Able to prioritize workload and adapt to multiple shifting timelines while meeting deadlines

The Salary Range for this Position is $63,440-$95,160.
