Cut, Mark, and Stock Cases:
- Adhere to Center Store training guidelines for cutting, marking, and stocking cases.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by efficiently managing stockroom operations.
Unload Trucks and Receive Merchandise:
- Unload incoming merchandise and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Verify receipt of merchandise against invoices and reports any issues to management.
Process Merchandise:
- Properly process merchandise according to prescribed standards, prioritizing code dates and rotation of products.
- Evaluate product quality and condition, taking action when necessary to maintain high-quality inventory.
Temperature Control and Safety:
- Monitor temperature control in display cases, storage areas, and product to ensure optimal freshness and safety.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
