As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a PR & Social Media Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives across media relations, content creation, and digital strategy. This is a dynamic role for a creative, detail-oriented communicator who is eager to build hands-on experience in both public relations and social media.
Role Overview:
The PR & Social Media Coordinator will support day-to-day PR activities and help bring digital content to life across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and strategy—ideal for someone who’s as comfortable pitching an editor as they are editing a Reel. You’ll work closely with account teams to execute media outreach, produce social content, and track results that drive client visibility.
This is a full-time, hybrid position. While we are open to remote applicants, candidates based in Los Angeles or New York are strongly preferred. Office space is available in NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations
- Support the development and execution of client communication plans across lifestyle, wellness, and tech sectors
- Draft press materials including media pitches, press releases, and briefing documents
- Research and build targeted media lists, and track editorial calendars and press opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and flag timely media opportunities for clients
Social Media & Content Creation
- Draft and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and blog platforms
- Film and edit short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Build and manage editorial calendars using tools such as Buffer or Sendible
- Engage with online communities and support real-time brand interactions
- Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement
Reporting & Internal Support
- Track press coverage and compile recap reports and performance decks
- Maintain client trackers, awards submissions, and affiliate spreadsheets
- Conduct daily media monitoring and support with data collection for client reports
- Candidate Profile:1 years of experience in public relations, social media, or digital marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across channels
- Confident creating and editing short-form video content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn—comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
