The Pharmacy Technician works in the Pharmacy to prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of medications. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR certification. Current Certified Pharmacy Technician license holder in good standing. 1 year previous experience in Pharmacy practice required. Knowledge of generally accepted office practices, confidentiality and secured record management; HIPPAA Regulations, positive customer service and staff-customer interactions.
