What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Improvement Specialist position at Hannibal Regional Hospital?
Under the guidance of the Process Improvement Coordinator, guides and collaborates with leaders to develop, implement and monitor process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; BSN required, MSN preferred
- Current licensure in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse or ability to obtain licensure required
- Clinical experience required
- Process improvement experience required (at least 1 year)
- Demonstrated experience in applying process improvement methods
- Analytic and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a collaborative manner and with all levels of the organization
