Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dedicated team. No prior jewelry sales experience is required; we are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities:
o As part of our commitment to being champions for our guests, you will assist guests in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences, making every effort to ensure they feel valued, heard, and delighted.
o Our team members are encouraged to learn about our jewelry collections and product features, becoming experts in the field, which empowers them to educate and guide guests effectively and help them make well-informed choices they can trust.
o Your role involves handling guest inquiries, providing information on pricing, sizing, and customization options, demonstrating your expertise and ensuring guests feel taken care of.
o Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently is an integral part of achieving results in our store.
o Maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store plays a vital role in providing an outstanding guest experience and achieving the high standards we set.
o Our team members contribute significantly to achieving sales targets and store goals, reflecting our culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
