The Full-Time Store Manager will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives
- Communicate, solve problems, pay attention to detail
- Keep track of promotions and advertisements
- Perform inventory checks twice daily (open and close), reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping store transaction records, order merchandise when applicable
- Comply with store’s security, sales and record taking practices/procedures
- Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis
- Create work schedule two weeks in advance
- Clean and maintain the store weekly
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a luxury retail role or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- A college/university degree
- Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work
- Proficiency in multiple languages
