When recruiting for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, we look for an individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic about their work and willing to grow in a fast-paced business environment. The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service initiatives
- Communicate, solve problems, pay attention to detail
- Keep track of promotions and advertisements
- Perform inventory checks twice daily (open and close), reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping store transaction records, order merchandise when applicable
- Comply with store’s security, sales and record taking practices/procedures
- Arrange and organize displays on a daily basis
- Clean and maintain the store weekly
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail role or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Superior interpersonal skills and positive leadership initiatives
- Authorization to work in the United States
