Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and lead advanced software development projects. In this role, you will apply your extensive experience to design and implement complex solutions, provide technical guidance to the team, and actively participate in architectural decisions. As a Senior Application Developer II, you are expected to mentor junior and mid-level developers, contribute to the refinement of development processes, and demonstrate a deep understanding emerging technologies.
Essential Functions :
- 40%) Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions. Contribute to architectural decisions.
- 25%) Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring team members. Conduct coding reviews for other team members as well as ensure adherence to best practices on software development principals.
- 20%) Tackle challenging issues and provide innovative solutions. Optimize code for performance and scalability.
- 15%) Responsible for providing customer assistance by facilitating training in the use of corporate software systems, thereby promoting efficient business users and effective business systems.
