Hanon Systems, a global supplier of innovative automotive thermal and energy management
solutions is seeking a Regional DT Infrastructure Manager – Americas to join our team in
our Americas Innovation Center in Novi, MI. Success in this role will be achieved through strong
negotiation skills, superior communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Project Operation
- Single point of contact for all IT infrastructure needs for the region.
- Manage change control and incident/problem management associated with local
- Data Center IT operations based on ITIL service-oriented framework.
- Perform SLA management and oversee contract operations for all IT infrastructure service levels for the region.
- Provide leadership in the areas of IT architecture, design, and support
- Provides data recovery services and business continuity planning
- Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and influence using new technology
- Lead IT system launch teams supporting growth opportunities in the Americas region
- Program Manager – IT infrastructure transformation
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations domain
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience required
Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications:
- Technical competence in both infrastructure and application development
- VMware ESXi
- Windows Server
- Storage/Backup Systems
- Nutanix an asset
- Business System Applications
- Manufacturing Applications
- Strong process knowledge and best practice methodology.
- Leadership competency
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven team builder. He/she must be adept in retaining and coaching IT site
- Leaders and help build a bench of IT talent for the region
Special Requirements:
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; (20%) regional travel required
