PURPOSE:
The mission of the Service Drive Valet is to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient traffic flow through the service lane, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lane.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Greet customer in a polite and friendly manner.
· Assist guests with their inquiries.
· Prepare cars for service with protective materials(e.g. floor mats and seat covers)
· Remove cars ready to park from service lane, and lock the car after parking it.
· Return keys to service advisor.
· Respond promptly to cashier’s request for customer key pick-up.
· Remove all protective material from vehicles in the drive-out lane after pulling them up for customer pickup.
· Respond promptly to calls from service advisors and others.
· Help ensure the service lane, customer lounge and restrooms are inspected regularly
for neatness and cleanliness.
· Be aware of employee and customer safety in the service lane.
OTHER DUTIES:
· Assist with opening and/or closing of the service lane by unlocking or locking all doors.
· Assist the service manager, service advisors and other dealership personnel as requested.
· Operate shuttle service as needed, picking up or dropping off customers as directed by the service manager.
· Other duties as assigned.

The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift weights up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
