Accounts Payable/Purchasing Clerk
Primary Function:
To process all corporation purchase orders in a timely manner and pay corporation bills correctly and on a timely basis.
Job Duties:
- Complete purchase orders
- Process Accounts Payable
- File and Maintain records
- Assist in the daily operations of the Business Office
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Experience in accounts payable with accounting background preferred
- Proficiency with computer skills with an emphasis on Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic import/export functions
