Treatment Plan Coordinator-Focus on Periodontics

Hanover Dental Team is seeking a professional and organized Periodontal Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and that they fully understand their periodontal treatment options. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental care, excellent communication skills, and experience with treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for periodontal patients throughout their treatment process
• Educate patients on periodontal procedures, treatment plans, and financial options
• Coordinate periodontal treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
• Work with the clinical team to ensure accurate documentation and communication regarding patient care
• Present and explain detailed treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding their care
• Verify patient insurance coverage and provide estimates for out-of-pocket costs
• Monitor and follow up with patients regarding acceptance of treatment plans
• Assist with patient recall and re-care scheduling for periodontal maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
