Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Maintaining customer data base.
- Greeting customer on the sales floor and determine their wants and needs.
- Utilizing 20/20 Design software with several cabinet lines to layout, specify and price cabinets for customer projects
- Ordering Kitchen and Bath products
- Assisting Lead Designers
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Working effectively with other store employees.
- Maintaining pricing and merchandising for the department
- Following up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns.
Requirements
- Education: High School graduate, with some college preferred
- A passion for, or experience with, decorating or design, or at least a willingness to learn
- Must be willing and able to attend some off site training.
- Must have open and flexible work availability.
- Must have strong knowledge Microsoft Office programs and be willing to learn our operating system.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professionalism, to include dependability, accountability, and punctuality.
- Self-motivated and internally driven to excel in your position and career.
