What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center?
Hanover Terrace has the opportunity for an LPN or RN who would like to work with community providers in the admissions process for our 100-bed Skilled Nurse facility in Hanover, NH. This is one of the most critical roles in the facility. This person is the facility’s marketing, public relations, and customer service as well as processing and overseeing all admissions. Responsibilities
- Receive and process all referrals
- Verify insurance through all resources
- Obtain all necessary paperwork from Managed Care companies including authorizations and denials for admission
- Communicate with facility, hospitals, and liaisons regarding patient status, availability, and potential admissions.
- Marketing and media campaign efforts.
