Job Summary
The Hanover Township Fire Department is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance/Firefighter/EMT to support our emergency response efforts.
This role involves performing maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and providing medical assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care as required.
- Maintain certification in Pennsylvania Firefight 1 or an acceptable equivalent.
- Hold valid certifications in Pennsylvania E.M.T. or First Responder.
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet all requirements for Pennsylvania Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Fire-Rescue Services.
- Certified in Pennsylvania Basic Vehicle Rescue or an acceptable equivalent.
- Completed National Incident Management courses I.C.S., #100 and I.C.S. #700.
