Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and skilled Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safely transported to designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in various situations.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Diagnose basic automotive issues and provide recommendations for repairs when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicle recovery or towing service.
- Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely response to service calls.
Skills

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices while on the road.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (will need to obtain an F endorsement within 30 days of hire)
Pay
- Employee will receive training pay for the duration of training ($16/hour).
- Once employee has completed training, pay increases to $18 /hour.
- Additional qualifications and skills are considered when establishing pay once training has been completed.
