About the Role:
As an Aesthetics Sales Representative, your main goal will be to drive sales and promote our aesthetic products in the Illinois region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with aesthetic clinics, med spas, and dermatologists to increase product awareness and generate revenue. Your success in this role will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales targets, expanding our customer base, and providing exceptional customer service. By effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic products and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics, med spas, or dermatologists.
- Existing network and relationships within the aesthetics industry in Illinois.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to travel within the Illinois region as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Illinois region.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including aesthetic clinics, med spas, and dermatologists, to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our aesthetic products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive product awareness and generate leads.
