Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS TNCC Job Details ER RN position at Hans P Peterson Memorial Hospital Critical Access Hospital Must have ER experience and Critical Access experience Expectations include working both ER and MS-Tele First time travelers accepted Job Requirements Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must be okay accepting verbal orders Experience with common drips such as Heparin, Ketamine, and more Schedule Information Shifts : 6-6 Schedule made by the manager Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend Holiday Requirements : Every other holiday; may be asked to go in Holiday rotation Floating Requirements : Expected to float between ER and MS-Tele May be asked to go on call for low-census; 20 min response time Unit Specific Information Unit / Department specific orientation : 1 shift with preceptor Scrub Color / Dress Code : Any color scrubs with closed toed shoes Additional Details Trauma Level : CAH; will stabilize and transfer out STEMIs, Strokes, and Traumas 2 Private ER Rooms On average, 3 patients treated in the ER per day Nurse : Patient Ratios depend on acuity; typical staffing is 3 nurses during the day and 3 nurses at night
