Able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Responsibilities:
- Handle initial contact with members, vendors, and other guests, either by phone or in person.
- Process, sort, and notify recipients of package and mail deliveries from vendors and overnight carriers.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes and fobs to guests and vendors.
- Perform designated clerical duties and maintains assigned records, files, and reports.
- Perform account maintenance, check printing, account closing, and payment posting transactions for various departments.
- Be the custodian of the branch ATM, responsible for filling the machine with cash, balancing the machine, and coordinating technical support as necessary.
- Back up to financial wellness coaches for tasks including opening memberships, taking deposits, scanning checks, and other branch tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1 years of banking experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Current registration as a Massachusetts Notary Public also preferred, but the ability to be registered as a Notary Public is required.
- Ability to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary.
- Capability of regular, reliable, and timely attendance and to work extended hours whenever required or requested.
- Able to deal calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization.
- Able to perform job functions independently and with limited supervision; work effectively as part of a team; and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
