We're seeking a Collision Repair Estimator for our Santa Rosa Collision Center who knows the trade and is able to write detailed complete collision estimates in CCC.ONE / Mitchell Connect. In addition, we are seeking an estimator with good customer service/ sales skills.
We represent many brands: Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, BMW, Subaru, Volkswagen, Acura, Honda, and we repair and service all makes and all models.

PAY RANGE
$32 per hour base rate, plus performance bonuses.
Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly in a timely manner and determine customer's needs accurately to ensure a high degree of customer service
- Write estimates
- Work directly with technicians to assist in all repairs
- Be knowledgeable of repair procedures
- Ensure that repairs performed on customer's vehicles are accurate and consistent with estimates made
Qualifications:
- One year minimum experience as an Estimator is preferred
- Superior CSI
- A valid and clean driver’s license
- Effective communication
- Knowledgeable with computers
- CDK/ADP experience preferred but not a necessity
- Must have great attention to detail and follow-up
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug test

Pay Defined: The Estimator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $32.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 annually.
