The AP Specialist will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for providing support to the AP Team and various accounting and operational functions.

Responsibilities
- Process & Post Invoices to GP to issue payments.
- Maintain, organize, and file AP related documents.
- Ensure all documentation and approvals are in order for payment to be issued.
- Maintain various Excel schedules and statement reconciliations.
- Communication- internal and external. Communicate issues with Accounting Manager.
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve concerns.
- Review & analyze vendors for AP meetings.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or College Degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC
- Preferred experience in Great Plains
- Skills required: clear communicator, organized, analytical, proficient in Excel.
