What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Recruiting Assistant position at Hansen and Adkins Auto Transport?

H&A is currently serving 16 major auto manufacturers nationwide and in Canada.
We have an immediate job opportunity for a Temporary Recruiting Assistant based out of our Los Alamitos, CA headquarters. The Recruiting Assistant will be reporting to the Director of Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with incoming calls and vetting/sourcing process (making sure they meet min qualifications)
- Sending emails and or/text with link to complete full apps
- Making sure apps are complete and ready for interviews- CDL uploaded, etc....
- Updating applicant records, if need be, email, address, licensees.
- Checking voicemails.
- Reminder calls- confirming start date and that applicant has all paperwork, flight info, hotel info, and that Trainer has reached out to them
- Assisting applicants in completing apps or adding job history, etc.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- 1 year of recruiting experience. Prefer trucking/ logistics experience but not required.
- ATS knowledge a plus (Tenstreet)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Be detail oriented and organized.
- Have great communication and customer service skills.
