Job Title : Sales Representative

Reports to : National Sales Manager
Basic Job Function :
- Lead generation :
Researching and identifying potential customers through prospecting and outreach methods. Onsite client visits & trade shows.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions.
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits to prospects.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
Following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely closure of deals.
Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing post-sale support.

Departmental Primary Responsibilities :
To meet the objectives of the companies’ Mission, Vision & Quality policy statements. To ensure that the customers’ needs are met. To work as a team with associates within the department to support sales efforts. To provide necessary support to meet the needs of other departments.
Secondary Responsibilities :
To work with the National Sales Manager to achieve both the short-term & long-term goals outlined in the sales plan & business plan.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ experience in direct sales, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
