Job Title : Sales Representative

Department : Sales

Reports to : National Sales Manager

Basic Job Function :

  • Lead generation :

Researching and identifying potential customers through prospecting and outreach methods. Onsite client visits & trade shows.

  • Customer relationship building :
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Product knowledge :
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions.

  • Sales presentations :
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to showcase product features and benefits to prospects.

  • Negotiation :
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.

  • Sales cycle management :
  • Following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring timely closure of deals.

  • Sales reporting :
  • Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Customer service :
  • Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing post-sale support.

    Departmental Primary Responsibilities :

    To meet the objectives of the companies’ Mission, Vision & Quality policy statements. To ensure that the customers’ needs are met. To work as a team with associates within the department to support sales efforts. To provide necessary support to meet the needs of other departments.

    Secondary Responsibilities :

    To work with the National Sales Manager to achieve both the short-term & long-term goals outlined in the sales plan & business plan.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years’ experience in direct sales, mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
