Job Summary
Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Country Club Member interactions while serving members in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our members’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. The right candidate will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our members. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as an A la carte Server in a restaurant setting.
This position will require you to complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program to obtain RAMP certification
Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and have open availability to be scheduled to work Tuesday through Sunday evenings 4:00PM - 9:00PM
The hourly rate for this position is between $16.00 - $18.00 plus incentive pay. Pay rate is based on previous experience.

Server Functions
- Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetings.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.
- Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome.
- Take customer’s food/drink orders while being polite, friendly, and helpful to our members.
- Able to suggest appropriate substitutions, wine pairings, sides, etc.
- Confirm orders accordingly to your assigned section and tables.
- Replenish drinks and wine along with providing coffee/dessert services in a timely manner.
- Cater to the members’ requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service.
- General clean-up (busing of plates, glassware, silverware, etc.)
- Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct.
- Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management.
- Reports to the Restaurant Manager
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification for employment
- A minimum of one year of a la carte serving experience; preferably in a private country club setting.
- Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food, and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
- Available to work weekends, day and evening shifts and major holidays.
- Abide by all Laws and company policies that regulate serving alcoholic beverages.
- Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Always arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance.
- Frequently Wash Hands for proper food handling
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Able to lift to 25 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
