Compensation & Benefits Manager - fully remote in the U.S. - prefer someone in PST or CT timezones
We're looking for a talented Comp & Benefits Manager to join our client and help shape how they reward and take care of their people.
To be considered, you must have experience working in digital marketing, media, technology, or tech-enabled services.
What You'll Do:
- Create and manage competitive pay programs that keep the team happy and motivated
- Run the benefits programs and make them even better (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness benefits and initiatives, plus other company perks)
- Handle LOA and be employees' main point of contact
- Keep the company competitive by staying on top of market trends
- Make sure the company is following all the rules and regulations
- Lead annual compensation reviews, merit increase processes and promotion adjustments
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys
- Work with HR team to develop smart people strategies
What You'll Need:
- 5 years of experience running compensation and benefits programs
- Professional certification is a plus (CCP, GRP, or CEBS)
- Must have experience working across multiple states
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs
- Sharp analytical skills and comfort with HR systems
- Strong knowledge of how compensation and benefits work
- Experience evaluating self-funded methodologies
- Good eye for detail and ability to explain complex things simply
- Great people skills - you'll be working with everyone from new hires to executives
