Hansen's Pool & Spa is a fast growing pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill retailer interviewing for a Sales Specialist at their Kenosha, WI location.
This Retail Management is a full time position. We are CLOSED on Sundays. All Saturdays during peak season (April-August) will be required. We will have rotating Saturdays with management and sales staff September-March. This Position will require OT of 45-47 hours a week mid-May through September.
The Assistant Retail Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a swimming pool and hot tub retail store. This role includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and assisting with sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist the Store Manager in driving sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and promotional strategies.
- Staff Management: Supervise and support the retail team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and managing stock to ensure products are available and displayed effectively.
- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including swimming pools, hot tubs, chemicals, and accessories, to assist customers and train staff effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales, inventory, and staffing reports to the Store Manager.
- Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a related field a plus, not required.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/Hour based on experience PLUS quarterly bonus based on store performance
