Position: Wellness Product Advisor, Full Time
Location: Kenosha, WI
Your Role:
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs to guide them towards the perfect products and services.
- Engage in daily lead follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is left untapped.
- Seamlessly process transactions through our Point of Sale System.
- Keep the lines of communication open, ensuring our customers' satisfaction is paramount.
- Embrace flexibility in a store environment with ever-changing priorities and consumer requests.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and off-site trainings to enhance your skills.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Showcase excellent customer service skills that set you apart.
- Navigate seamlessly through written and verbal instructions.
- Present yourself with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in the Pool, Spa, Sauna industry is not required, training will be provided.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $10.00/Hour Commission on Product Sales
- Additional Commission: On average, an extra $10-$20/hour during peak seasons but is not guaranteed. Commission is based off of individual involvement in success in the role. Commission is paid out monthly.
