The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes areas of talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and culture development. The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices.
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 10 years' of professional HR experience/personnel management field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
