Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining marketing library and materials
- Maintain list of contacts for various marketing purposes
- Build and deliver graphic content for internal and external training programs
- Research and recommend materials and delivery to prospective clients
- Assist in building responses to RFPs
- Assist with the collection of articles and materials for client newsletters
- Monitor and distribute inquiries from marketing mailbox
- Develop a system and process for monitoring client satisfaction
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiar with Mail Chimp software and other standard business platforms
- Good organizational, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong technical skill set, especially in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing software and social media platforms
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work with graphic software
- Ability to implement and track marketing campaigns
- Personality to work with clients in a marketing situation with appropriate business demeanor and support multiple teams within the organization
- Ability to work under pressure
Required Skills:
- Experience creating and tracking email campaigns using WebChimp / Mail Chip software.
