About the Role
Hansen Talent Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager or a Lead to lead our growing technical recruiting team in a hybrid capacity. You’ll be based out of our Lexington, SC office, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day recruiting operations, mentor recruiters, and help shape strategic hiring initiatives for our clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver top-notch candidates to our partners across a range of industries.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers.
- Build and implement strategic recruiting plans to fill technical roles across multiple clients and industries.
- Collaborate with account managers and leadership to align recruiting efforts with client needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for key positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles such as software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, data, and QA.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline health, etc.) to measure team performance.
- Champion an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and outreach strategies.
- Represent HTG at local events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with 2 years in a leadership or management role (preferably in an agency/staffing environment).
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and recruiting best practices.
- Proven experience leading recruiting teams and scaling high-volume hiring operations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and recruiting analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering great results and client satisfaction.
Bonus Points
- Experience with VMS platforms and contract staffing.
- Background in recruiting for industries like healthcare IT, finance, or government services.
- Familiarity with the Lexington/Columbia SC job market.
