Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Client Advocate II to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days / week onsite.
What you'll do :
- Establish, build, and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
- Ensure effective client communication, focus, and control of priorities at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, improved efficiencies, and business challenges.
- Act as a liaison between I / S and customers for assigned business units.
- Ensure the design and integration of system, software, and hardware solutions support business growth through effective technology use.
