Hansen Talent Group has an exciting new role open for a Training/Learning Specialist working with the development of course materials for a large enterprise in the greater Columbia, SC area. This position will offer challenging work, hybrid work setting, and ample room for upward mobility!
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for promoting blended learning options and creating e-learning materials to support the successful training of internal employees and client end-users.
Duties:
- Produces high-quality online learning modules that interface with a learning management system. Creates content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials for traditional learning and/or blended solutions.
- Assists in the design an development of web applications to support e-learning efforts.
- Works closely with support staff and customer to ensure working functionality between e-learning materials, learning management systems, and intranet or internet sites.
- Assume project management responsibilities related to e-learning training program design, development, and deliverables.
- Evaluate and revise materials based on the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in related field (business, education, journalism, english, etc)
- 5 years experience working with course creation tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Toolbook, Storyline, etc
- Hands-on experience with Adobe suites
- Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
