Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Analyst with in-depth experience working with Implementations and Client requirements. This hybrid position will be supporting a large, growing enterprise team and offer ample room for upward mobility.
The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for building and managing client relationships as well as coordinating work priorities at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
Duties:
- Responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of client needs and requirements. Ensures solutions are tailored to customer s strategies and needs.
- Works with customer on priority settings, improving client control over product/project costs and services.
- Assists in definition of both work and audit requests and completes estimates and supporting documentation
- Negotiates final estimates, authorization, and start/completion dates for each request with customer.
- Tracks work requests to ensure work efforts are being prioritized and completed in a timely manner, supporting budget and timeline management for product delivery.
- Create product documentation and provide post-implementation support and product improvement guidance to the client.
Qualifications:
- 8 years working in Business System Analysts, Implementation Specialist, Project Coordinator/Management, etc roles
- Willing to work onsite
