Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Healthcare Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working to lead implementation projects through the complete project life cycle and is willing to work onsite, guiding and coaching junior PMs.
The IT Healthcare Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple integration and implementation focused projects simultaneously to support the successful delivery of IT Deliverables for client portfolios.
Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scope of work based on business requirements, technical specifications, and client restrictions.
- Determine best methodologies to be used in the delivery of said project, opting between Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban.
- Develop project timelines and milestones, tracking project progress and proactively removing impediments.
- Monitor project budget, allocate resources for cross-functional teams, and identify potential cost savings for the client.
- Oversee change management efforts for new technologies and processes to ensure teams are comfortable within the environment and understand business impact.
- Provide regular updates to the stakeholders for project progress.
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience managing enterprise SDLC projects within a matrix environment
- Experience serving as a sole or lead PM in IT Healthcare
- PMP
