Hansen Talent Group is seeking a PC Technician to work with a large enterprise company. This position will be offer ample room for employees to support special projects, learn more about enterprise IT shops, as well grow upward within the team!
The PC Technician will be responsible for providing end-user support based on business objectives and team needs.
Duties :
- Deploy desktop computers, monitors, and laptops. Ensuring Windows operating systems are configured and desktop applications are uploaded to the end-users' specific needs.
- Install and support peripheral equipment including network printers.
- Troubleshoot and provide break / fix services to ensure systems stay operational.
- Track inventory and purchase requests.
