Job Summary
Hansgrohe, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales strategies, optimize business processes, and provide executive and sales operations support. Reporting to Senior Director, Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales operations, drive performance analytics, and support strategic decision-making, while also managing executive administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Data & Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
CRM Management: Oversee and optimize CRM tools to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Sales Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and forecasting models to support sales leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align business strategies.
Customer & Market Insights: Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Project Management: Lead and support key initiatives to improve sales operations, reporting, and overall effectiveness.
Executive Assistance: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and executive events. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work across various departments.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Typically reports to Senior Director, Sales & Marketing.
