The Human Resources Manager is an integral part of Hanson Bridgett's Talent team. The person in this role must have a strong client service approach; the ability to work in a demanding environment independently and on multiple projects and initiatives; ability and enthusiasm for learning; and strong attention to detail. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely. It is an essential function of any remote role that the employee be available to attend in-person meetings or to come to the office for other reasons when the need arises. This position requires the individual reside in California and will have a designation to one of Hanson Bridgett's five office locations : San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, or Los Angeles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Lead and coordinate arrivals, departures, transfers, and other personnel changes.
• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Salary

Hanson Bridgett offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The annual salary for this California-based role is anticipated to be in the area $120,000 - $145,000, and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is negotiable, and will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
