CSR - Customer Service Representative
Looking for a full-time CSR person to work in a fun, fast paced Will Call office that requires personality, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a desire to help our customers. Building materials knowledge a plus.
M-F 7am to 4pm
Benefits include 401k, paid vacation, health care, vision and dental.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone and email.
- Perform data entry accurately to generate customer orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
