Position Profile
As the transportation project manager, you will be a part of multidisciplinary teams to plan, oversee, guide, and mentor staff and interface with the Florida Infrastructure Group to produce and execute the various deliverables required as part of our infrastructure practice, as well as, in support to other Hanson markets.
- The ideal candidate will be familiar with FDOT, Transportation plans and standards (transportation, stormwater, utilities), and related discipline projects.
- Typical responsibilities include possessing practical project accounting knowledge, and producing high-quality products within budget.
- Emphasis in Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), municipal engineering and local government is preferred.
- Projects are likely to include reconstruction of rural highways and roads, urban highways and streets, major urban thoroughfares, culverts and storm sewer, intersections, sidewalks and multiuse paths, rail grade crossings, signing, pavement marking, and traffic control plans for construction.
- This role will function equally effectively in both client-facing and internal-facing circumstances.
