Essential Job Functions:

- Attend local career fairs
- Source candidates
- Schedule Interviews throughout the process
- Conduct Interviews
- Support completing new recruit licensing paperwork
- Support orderinglicensing materials for prospects/employees
- Follow up on new recruits throughout interviewprocess and report progress
- Support Booking Licensing Exam
- Maintain Resumes and Interview Tracking
- Help coordinate new hire orientation and intern programs
- All other tasks assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
