- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize production results.
- Implement 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) practices to prevent production interruptions.

- Schedule production plans and modify as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Control inventory levels through daily count verification and monitoring.
- Manage 4M practices to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field required.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual skills (Korean & English) a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills a must.
