Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Compensation Strategist to join our team as the Compensation and Benefits Manager. This role will work directly with our VP of HR, North America to identify, research, and recommend HR solutions related to compensation, benefit, and performance management programs for the North America based Hanwha companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthening infrastructure through planning/improving HR system for current 4 subsidiaries and more for the future in the Americas
- Motivation and productivity improvement by strengthening incentive payment program operation through individual goal setting and evaluation
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
- HR consulting experience for manufacturing-based companies (Preferred)
- Improvement of performance evaluation/reward based system experience
- Work or travel in White, GA
- Bilingual in Korean a plus
